These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GoGo Drive's mobile applications, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
You must be at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Services. Additional eligibility requirements may apply for vehicle bookings.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
The Services enable you to browse and book vehicles from partners. Availability, pricing, and terms for vehicles are provided by the respective partners and may change without notice. Your booking constitutes an offer, subject to confirmation by the partner.
Prices, fees, taxes, and charges will be displayed before you confirm a booking. By confirming, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the indicated amount using your selected payment method.
Cancellation and refund policies vary by partner and booking type. Please review the applicable policy before confirming. Some bookings may be non-refundable.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to: violating laws; infringing rights; attempting to interfere with the Services; reverse engineering; or using the Services to transmit malicious code or unsolicited communications.
The Services may include links to or integrations with third‑party services. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or policies.
The Services and all related content are owned by GoGo Drive or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services unless expressly permitted.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error‑free, or that information will be accurate or complete. Applicable law may not allow certain exclusions, so some may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoGo Drive shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoGo Drive and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where GoGo Drive operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for disputes will be the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date and will be effective when posted. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
